Phil is one of the most amazing talents I've had the privilege of working with through the years. Phil's leadership style is warm, instructional, well planned, and decisive. Not only does the entire team appreciate Phil but so does our company. Phil is liked by everyone and it's easy to see why when you get to spend time with him daily. Phil was instrumental in showcasing his creativity on many of our advertising campaigns, TV commercials, and more. We wouldn't have won two Telly's and a gold MarCom award without Phil's creativity and direction.

Phil is a great mentor to the group and a fantastic support for me. I can always count on Phil to be 100% honest with me and I've used this to run many ideas by him before execution. Phil is very level headed and gives great insight to situations. He is always ready to fill in, take on difficult situations, have conversations, and break down complex issues to workable plans of action.
